Notable features: ruby red in color with slightly garnet reflections, on the nail with light purple hues. Rotating in the delicate glass with very subtle aromas reminiscent of ripe cherry and paradoxically a light note of tobacco. In the mouth it enters without intrusiveness, soft and enveloping, leaving it with the right flavor, a taste of ripe fruit and spices.

Vineyard and cellar operations: selection of sprouts, defoliation, thinning
bunches. Fermentation from fresh grapes in September / October at natural temperatures and then in January on the skins of Amarone with the traditional method called "Ripasso" for about 14 days. Aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for at least 3 years, finally bottle.
Food matching: Soups, pasta and beans, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
