Annual production: 8,000 bott.
Vinification: refrigerated grape spraying, 12-day stainless steel fermentation at a temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, with daily reassemblys. 12-month ripening in oak barrels French 300 l. 6-month bottle refinement.
Sensory notes: ruby, with grenade shades. On the nose, slightly spicy and toasted with notes of berries. To the palate, fine and complex, savory and fresh.
Service temperature: 17/18 degrees Celsius
Pairings: first courses, red meats, game, fondue, medium cheeses and long seasoning.
Fun fact: Les Cr'les began producing his Syrah in 1995 as a table wine because in the Aosta Valley it was not recognized as D.O.P. In 2007 the legislation changed and since then Les Cr'les continues to produce its Syrah D.O.P., renowned for minerality and freshness, related to its mountain character.
