VINIFICATION: The grapes after a slight surmature in the plan, are carefully selected and collected in a box. They are then plyed and disambolysed. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about 10 days at controlled temperature (26 degrees Celsius). At the end of the fermentation the wine remains macerated with the skins for another 10 days. After un released the wine is put in oak barriques French, where it performs malolactic fermentation and refines for at least 12 months
