The vineyard:
The most renowned vineyards of the sub-areas Inferno, Grumello and Fracia, the last of which is the exclusive property of Casa Negri, have provided the grapes for the passion. The vines grown in arched Guyot, (3500 strains/hectare) on terraces well exposed south to 400-450 metres of altitude, with sandy-limousine soils melted and shallow, yielded a 70-fifth/hectare yield. Only the 35% of the groups placed in passion are selected for the Sfursat 5 Stars DOCG.
