The grapes harvested to maturation on the island of Pantelleria are withered Muscatel wine under the red-hot sun. The vinification, the short contact with the peels and the slow fermentation complete the evolution for some months in little durmast trunks. Like aperitif combined with the spicy cheeses with soft dough and with the goose's liver. With the confectionary based on ricotta, cream, dry fruit and torrone.
