Vinification:
Destemming followed by 10-14 days of
stay on the skins at a temperature of 25° C. after racking aging in steel

Color: ruby red with clear purple reflections
Nose: explosive aromas of cocoa tobacco and fresh fruit.
Mulberry, plums and slightly menthol balsamic notes emerge
