Training system: Double spurred cordon, guyot

Fermentation and maceration about 20 days
Aging: 14 months. 70% in new barriques, 30% in first passage barriques
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense and deep ruby red color.
Very persistent balsamic notes.
It is round on the palate and the acidity blends with the sweetness of the tannins.
