Salice Salentino Reserve DOC
Intense red wine with garnet reflections, obtained from the Negroamaro and Malvasi-a Nera vines. The nose alternates fruity sensations of blackberry and black cherry, notes of basil and sweet spices due to barrel aging. In the mouth it is soft and balanced with a firm but never intrusive tannin. Long and persistent finish.
Excellent with roasts and aged cheeses.

Apulian sapling with 7000 stumps per hectare

VINIFICATION: The destemming-crushing of the grapes is followed by controlled temperature maceration (20-22 ° C) for a period of 8-12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to age in 30 hl oak barrels for about 12 months. It becomes "Reserve" after 2 years from the harvest date.
AGING: minimum 12 months in cask
