Roero is a small hilly area to the left of the Tanaro river, exactly opposite the Barbaresco area which is located on the right bank of the same river.In the lands rich in limestone marl and sand with minority percentages of clay, positioned on the hills exposed to the east / south-east, the cultivation of the Arneis grape variety of ancient origin, but valued only in the last twenty years, gives an excellent result.From a careful selection of these grapes from areas of excellent vocation we produce a fine and elegant wine, endowed with of excellent character.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Intense, broad, of remarkable finesse. Pleasant notes of lime, mint and apricot flowers.
Taste: Elegant, fresh; with silky fabric, good balance and a delicate finish.
PERIOD OF CONSUMPTION: It is advisable to consume it within 2 years to appreciate its fruity streak.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10 ° -11 ° C
ACCOMPANIMENTS: Cold cuts appetizers, first courses and fish dishes.
