Climate change: Cold and dry winter. High temperatures arrive in March
that move the buds well in advance, the bloom already begins
in the middle of May. Heavy rains at the beginning of summer, which maintain
low productivity. Warm and dry summer, almost without rainfall.
Early harvest start at the end of August and excellent harvest
until the end of September. Great year.

Winemaking technique: Only the best grapes of the best vintages are intended for this wine; the fermentation lasts for 150 days, then the grape is gently picked and fermented in open tuna for about two months. A soft pressing is carried out and then the wine is placed in new tuna where it matures for two years. After bottling, the wine is bottled for another year.
