Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG "Pianer" Extra Dry
The color is bright straw enlivened by the perlage, the fruity scents of pear, apple, peach fade into the floral with a hint of citrus and a fresh and rich aroma of sensations.
In the mouth the wine relaxes soft, enveloping and at the same time dry thanks to a well-present acidity. From an aperitif par excellence, ideal at 8/10 degrees C accompanies soups of legumes and seafood and pastas with delicate sauces of vegetable sauces.
The harvest takes place from mid-September to mid-October; the winemaking takes place with soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of peels at controlled temperature; foam, reference in steel containers (charmat method) at controlled temperature.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
