Valdobbiadene DOC Superior Prosecco "Cartizze"
A small amphitheater consisting of soils of marne, sandstone and clays that causes Prosecco to reach a full maturation, which guarantees an unusual concentration of aromas. The sparkling wine, while maintaining the freshness of Prosecco, becomes more lovable, dense with scents reminiscent of white fruit, apricot and peach that fade into a note of citrus and pink flowers. The softer flavor prolongs the persistence of the aroma and makes it the ideal wine for the desired dessert.
Appearance: Sparkling wine from the best Prosecco grapes in the Cartizze area. It has straw yellow, minute and persistent perlage, intense scent and fruity and lovable flavor.
Serve at 8/10 degrees Celsius.
Harvest: mid-September to mid-October.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of peels at controlled temperature.
Foam outlet: reference in closed steel containers (charmat method) at controlled temperature.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
