Colour impenetrable ruby red. On the nose you will experience intense fruity aromas of plum, cherry and stewed fruit, accompanied by spicy notes of cocoa. The taste is powerful and very soft and snug.

VINIFICATION: The grapes, after natural drying in the plant, are carefully selected and harvested in crates. They are then destemmed and crushed. The must place the alcoholic fermentation and maceration for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature (26 – 28 °C). After racking, the wine is put in French oak barriques, where the malolactic fermentation takes and refines for at least 12 months.
