Vineyard / Origin: the Slopes into alignment with the west-east at Tramin - Termeno and Cortaccia.
Soil: Marly, light, and subject to quick heating.
Vinification: The grapes are crushed slightly and separated from the sediment by precipitation of the natural and the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature of 20° C.
Description: pale yellow Color of medium intensity, very clean with floral scents, warm and persistent. The taste has a strong acidity, index of significant possibilities of development and the estate (two years at least). Hits for the balance of the whole.
Food pairing: appetizers, fish dishes, soups, and vegetable soups.
