Müller Thurgau DOC Michei
Michei Müller Thrugau's Michei in the glass shows itself with a light straw color with greenish reflections. Aromas of fresh fruits, green apple and citrus fruits are mixed with fiery hints of lime blossom, acacia and nutmeg. On the palate these fresh scents continue, but thanks to a strong acidity, they never make it fat. A Müller Thrugau that convinces with a profound aroma.

Marly, light and subject to rapid heating.
WINE
The grapes are pressed slightly, and the skins remain in contact with the must for a few hours before pressing. The must is then separated from the residues through natural precipitation and then left to ferment at controlled temperature.
AGING
After fermentation, Michei Müller Thurgau's Michei ages for a further 6 months on the fine yeast. The latter is stirred in the barrel weekly (Battonage).
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION
Aperitif and appetizer wine, on freshwater fish dishes, on first courses with fresh seasonal grilled vegetables.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
