Lagrein Rosato DOC
Vineyard / Origin: This vine, native to South Tyrol, finds excellent conditions of attachment on the declivi of Tramin-Termeno and on the land with a wine vocation of the municipality of Ora. Lagrein Rosé is a typical South Tyrolean wine and an expression of an indigenous grape.
Terrain: Clay, gravel, sandy
Vinification: The grapes separated by the raspi are left to macerate for a day and then pled. With this we get that the dye substances contained in the skins come only in part in the must, giving this wine the typical, seductive rosé coloration.
Description: It is a Rose with personality, endowed with freshness, fragrance of scents of a white wine and character, fruity pulp, softness of a red wine, to appreciate young. Bright wax-pink color, very clean, frank, harmonious, with a fresh acidity that encourages drinking. It should be served fresh, at cellar temperature.
Food pairing: appetizers, smoked fish, white and boiled meats.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
