Fermentation: fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for about 2-3 weeks.
Aging: 4 months in steel vats.
Organoleptic examination: ruby red color. On the nose evident notes of freshly picked red fruit. In the mouth there is a freshness and softness, with a pleasant base of fresh berries and a sweet tannin.
Food pairing: to be combined with simple meat dishes, for example grilled.
