Vineyard: Gewarztraminer – South Tyrol DOC

Vineyard / Origin: Declivi with high wine vocation of Tramin - Termeno.

Terrain: Marnous, light, well ventilated and subject to fast heating

Vinification: The grapes are immediately slightly lazy and the must left for a few hours in contact with the skins. This is followed by careful pressing, natural precipitation of sediments and fermentation at a constant temperature of 20 degrees C. all enhances the unique sensory characteristics of this wine.

Description: This Gew-rztraminer is confirmed as a wine of great typicality: loaded and bright straw color, has a good concentration and a pronounced aromatic vein, with spicy-smoked notes, of dried flowers and roses that tend to expand and to soften in the glass. To taste is dense and rich, with firm body, remarkable freshness and vivacity. We recommend that you allow this bottled wine to age further for at least 1 year, so that it can refine its bouquet to the maximum.

Food pairing: Recommended as an aperitif, crustaceans, goose liver and Gorgonzola cheese.
