Vinification:
The grapes are fermented for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature (24 – 26 degrees Celsius). The release is followed by malolactic fermentation. In spring the wine is poured into oak barriques French where it remains a refining for about 18 months.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
We do not deliver alcoholic beverages to minors.
The value added tax (VAT 7.7%) is included in the prices.
