Vineyard:Dolcetto
Much of the Nebbiolo's production area from Barolo and Barbaresco encompasses the most popular lands to produce an excellent Dolcetto d'Alba. As early as 1600 this grape was largely planted in the Langhe and Monferrato and gave rise to a wine that the literature of the time indicated for the daily consumption of a refined clientele. Today it is counted as an elegant fruity and very fresh red wine, which it is advisable to consume in its first three years of life to grasp its best peculiarities.
ORGANOLELEIC FEATURES
Color: loaded ruby red, with violet reflections
Perfume: intense, fruity, delicate, with notes of violet, cherry and red fruits
Taste: wide, harmonious, elegant and very fresh
CONSUMPTION AGE: already balanced 6 months after harvest, to keep the notes of fresh fruit intact it is advisable to drink it within 3 years
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 15 DEGREES-16 DEGREES C
CONCCOMENTS: pasta, white meats, cured meats
