The color is lively, light yellow, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of gooseberries and black currants, a slight hint of sambuca and a slight touch of nettle and flint. On the palate it is lively, has a fresh character with a fine and refreshing well balanced acidity. The fruity and floral aromas are also repeated on the palate and give the wine its true character.

The grapes are pressed slightly, and the skins remain in contact with the must about 8 hours before pressing. The must is then separated from the residues through natural precipitation and then left to ferment at controlled temperature.
