Tasting examination: Chardonnay from chardonnay grapes wine-made in white.
It has bright straw color, with greenish reflections, intense scent, fruity (when young banana - golden ripe), slightly aromatic, has excellent persistence.
This wine enhances the natural aromas of the vine in a very noticeable way.
It pairs with large and new kitchen sauced fish, crustaceans and vegetable creams. Particularly happy the memory of a pairing with a toad tail soup in crust.
