The vineyards of Baglio Soria, placed at a height of 120 meters on the sea level, for the proximity to the Trapani coast and for the peculiarities of the terroir, help to define the ideal conditions for the cultivation of the two vines. The red marbles of the soils, during the warmer months, allow the soil to remain compact and not to create cracks by maintaining a constant humidity in the subsoil favouring the balance between the most difficult sugar and phenolic ripening in warm climates. The refinement of French oak barrels for twelve months makes it an unparalleled aromatic and tasty elegance.
