It comes bright and clear of yellow color with golden reflections. The brightness is remarkable, the sustained effervescence, with a very persistent perlage.
At the first nose is an end and fresh wine, fruity with notes of white pulp fruit (pear, reindeer apple), apricot, but also of hazelnuts and fresh almonds. Some floral and spicy notes confer additional complexity. At the second nose is revealed a large olfactory intensity with more marked notes of brioche and biscuit.
The attack on the palate is very decisive. The wine is balanced, quite round and polymant, with aromas of ripe fruit (queen claudia and fishes). The final is long, the well-integrated dosage leaves the place to the freshness characteristic of the Chardonnay, very present in the assembly.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
