Wine produced from a 10 hectare vineyard located 100 meters above sea level, the soils present are sandstones and clays mixed with marly limestone flysch and limestone clays, while the climate is temperate Mediterranean. The planting density varies from 4500 to 5400 plants per hectare with a yield of about 70 quintals. Pruning is carried out with spurred cordon and simple guyot, the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The average age of the plant is 15 years. Vinification begins with alcoholic fermentation in open conical trunks and in steel vats. The malolactic fermentation continues in barriques, where the wine ages for 10 months. Minimum refinement of 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes:
The olfactory impact is intense with predominantly fruity and balsamic notes. Peppery and mineral aromas complete the olfactory picture. The entry and progression in the mouth are characterized by a lively flavor, with a full and sweet tannic balance; the finish is composed and supported by its aromatic complexity.

Serving suggestions:
Excellent throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with typical Tuscan cuisine.
