In this cuvée, the Chef de Cave wanted to create breadth and structure, looking for a gourmet blend that maintained, however, a certain freshness. A combination of this type is possible only thanks to the precise mastery of a true expert, who knows how to highlight to that elegance of style that is the characteristic feature of Perrier-Jouët champagne. The selection of CRUS has been adapted with great attention to the harvest. The addition of 12-15% Reserve Wines gives the necessary consistency to balance the Perrier-Jouët style with the effects determined by the weather conditions of the vintage. Created drawing inspiration from Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, distinguished from the intensity of the Chardonnay present in the blend, Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé is enriched by the addition of red wines. The elegance and finesse of Chardonnay (25%) blend with the structure of Pinot Noir (50% including red wines) and with the fruity hints of Pinot Meunier (25%), a variety with which Perrier-Jouët has acquired a particular excellence.
