Barolo DOCG Castiglione
Vinification: from small but very important vineyards between Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo and Novello with average age of the vines between 7 and 35 years. Calcareous-clayey soil. Gouyot training system with an average density per hectare of 4,800 plants and a production of 35 hl per hectare. All the individual vineyards are vinified and aged separately and in different ways in order to individually enhance the typical characteristics of "terroire".
Aging: after 24 months of aging in wood, they are assembled 8 months before bottling.
