Description: ruby red color with aroma of ripe cherries and vanilla. Violet notes and slightly rounder structure than Barbera d'Asti Tre Vigne. Brilliant acidity and sweet tannins on the palate with a balanced presence of wood, good complexity and a persistent cherry finish.
Combinations: appetizers, rich salads, grilled seasonal vegetables, soups, pasta, veal and pork, chicken with light sauces.
