Barbera d' Alba DOC
This Barbera is very pleasant, easy to drink, despite its taste of at least thirteen degrees. It is our traditional Barbera refined in stainless steel tanks for ten months. A very fruity wine with flavors of curry, bitter but also of plums, blackberries and blueberries is born. Fine and delicate wine, never bitter, is well accompanied with fast food (pizza, sausages, grilled meat), but also with first dishes of pasta or soft cheeses and little seasoned. It is ideal with the classic "bathtub chada".
It's for 16th grade.
Grapes: 100% Barbera.
Vigneto. of 2 ha (about 12.000 bottles).
Planted: in 2003.
Exposure: southwest (350-370 meters s s.l.m.).
Color: ruby red.
Perfume: fruited with hints of curry and nectarine fishing.
Taste: fresh, pleasantly acidic.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
