Soft pressing, maceration with peels for about 6-10 days at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. At the junction, the wine is
travated in barrels and tonneaux where it matures for 12 -15 months. After clarification is bottled, without filtration.
Store the wine in bed-to-bed bottles, in a cool place.
SENSORY FEATURES AND CONSERVATION:
Ruby-colored, it has rich bouquet, complex with hints of vanilla and red fruits on the nose, along with sweet and spicy elements derived from the maturation in oak. In the mouth first velvety then more severe for the presence of tannins
important and with excellent prospects for aging. We recommend drinking it at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius.
