He enters the mouth enveloping, wide, complex and leaves behind a bouquet of flowers,
fruits and spices an impeccable sweetness that gives that feeling of "concert"; is
certainly a rarity that first impresses me.
Combination: a wine that loves food with strong and well defined tastes, it goes well together
well then to seasoned cheeses, important meat, dry sweets, bitter chocolate
or, to taste with cigar and pipe, is a appreciated wine for meditation.
In this bottle I wanted to enclose the soul and the concept of Amarone. In this
mix experience, evolution and practice, but also taste. The result is a wine that, perhaps sinful of presumption but moved by great pride, I call myself a masterpiece. It has spice notes such as cinnamon, tobacco, whisky, chili confection and a slight undergrowth of herbs and moss. The colour is perfectly calibrated and very bright and has in it the authentic spirit of the past and the long life that awaits it.
