Valle d'Aosta

A peculiarity of the Valle d'Aosta viticulture is the great fragmentation of the cultivated area into plots of modest surface. On average, a parcel measures 400 m² and a winegrower conferring a cooperative winery cultivates an average of 4,000 m² *.

Over the past thirty years, the Aosta Valley wines have had a notable qualitative growth, as evidenced by the numerous national and international awards both at wine competitions and by sector guides and magazines.
